Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which JobifyCoach processes refund requests for its career coaching services. It applies to all service packages and is part of our broader agreement with you, together with the Terms & Conditions and the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
Because our services are delivered progressively in distinct stages, refund eligibility is determined by the stage at which a request is made relative to service activation and delivery. Each package has its own fee schedule, which is reflected in the refund amounts below.
All refunds are processed through Payoneer (an FCA-Authorized E-Money Institution). All payment security communications from JobifyCoach are sent exclusively from support@jobifycoach.com.
Definitions
Pre-Activation
The period from purchase until the Consultant sends the official Service Initiation Notice and the client completes their onboarding materials.
Post-Activation / Pre-Analysis
The period after the Initiation Notice is sent and onboarding is completed, but before the Stage 2/3 Initial Analysis Report is delivered.
Post-Analysis
The period after the Initial Analysis Report has been delivered to the client.
SLA Breach
Failure by JobifyCoach to deliver a committed deliverable within the agreed service-level timeframe, where the delay is solely attributable to JobifyCoach and not to client delays, material delays, or force majeure.
Business Days
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding US federal holidays.
Refund Schedule by Package
3.1 Career Catalyst: $899 (Individual)
Stage 1: Pre-Activation
Condition: Request submitted before the Service Initiation Notice is sent.
Full refund of $899 within 5 business days.
Stage 2: Post-Activation / Pre-Analysis
Condition: Request submitted after activation but before the Initial Analysis Report is delivered.
Partial refund of $449.50 within 7 business days.
Stage 3: Post-Analysis
Condition: Request submitted after the Initial Analysis Report has been delivered.
No refund.
SLA Breach
Condition: JobifyCoach fails to meet a committed delivery timeline (delay attributable solely to JobifyCoach).
Service credit of $449.50 or equivalent cash refund at client's election.
3.2 Elite Career Suite: $2,199 (Individual)
Stage 1: Pre-Activation
Condition: Request submitted before the Service Initiation Notice is sent.
Full refund of $2,199 within 5 business days.
Stage 2: Post-Activation / Pre-Analysis
Condition: Request submitted after activation but before the Initial Analysis Report is delivered.
Partial refund of $1,099.50 within 7 business days.
Stage 3: Post-Analysis
Condition: Request submitted after the Initial Analysis Report has been delivered.
No refund.
SLA Breach
Condition: JobifyCoach fails to meet a committed delivery timeline (delay attributable solely to JobifyCoach).
Service credit of $1,099.50.
3.3 Talent Collective: $2,049 per person (Team, min. 5 participants)
Refund entitlements are calculated per participant. The programme must be contracted for a minimum of five (5) participants; single-participant withdrawals from a group booking are governed by the terms below.
Pre-Activation
Condition: Full programme cancellation before activation.
Full refund of total programme fee within 5 business days.
Partial Cohort Withdrawal
Condition: One or more participants withdraw after activation but before the Initial Analysis Report is delivered to the withdrawing participant(s).
$2,049 per unactivated participant within 7 business days.
Post-Analysis
Condition: Request submitted after the Initial Analysis Report has been delivered to the participant.
No refund.
SLA Breach
Condition: JobifyCoach fails to meet a committed delivery timeline attributable solely to JobifyCoach.
Service credit of $1,024.50 per affected participant.
Revision Policy
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the applicable SOW. Standard packages include two (2) revision rounds, which must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Revision requests submitted outside this window may not be accommodated.
Revision requests must be specific and based on the original scope of the service. A revision is not a re-scope; requests that constitute a material change to the original brief fall outside the included revision entitlement and will be quoted separately.
Dissatisfaction with a delivered revision, where the deliverable meets the agreed scope, does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund shall be due where:
- The refund request falls within Stage 3 (post-delivery of the Initial Analysis Report) as described in Section 3.
- Delivery has been delayed or prevented by the client's own failure to provide required materials, respond to communications, or complete the onboarding process.
- The client has used, applied, or distributed any deliverable prior to submitting a refund request.
- The client no longer wishes to pursue the service for personal or professional reasons unrelated to any service failure by JobifyCoach.
- Delays arise from third-party platform outages (Jobscan, Notion, Google Drive, LinkedIn) outside JobifyCoach's control.
- Delays arise from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failure, or acts of government.
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, submit a written request to support@jobifycoach.com with the subject line: "Refund Request: [Your Full Name]". Your request must include:
- Your full name and the email address used at the time of purchase.
- The service package purchased and the date of purchase.
- A description of the reason for your request.
- Evidence of any SLA breach if claiming under that provision.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and issue a determination within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Payoneer and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days of approval, subject to your financial institution's processing times.
Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most legitimate concerns can be resolved more quickly through our direct dispute process.
If you believe there has been an error in your billing, please contact us at support@jobifycoach.com with your purchase details. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact, or where the chargeback does not reflect an actual billing error or service failure by JobifyCoach, may be disputed. Any dispute arising from a chargeback is subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms & Conditions (Section 12).
Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund entitlements. Material changes will be communicated via the email address provided at the time of purchase or by notice on our website. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
