By accessing jobifycoach.com, purchasing a service, or using any of our career coaching offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors of our website and all clients who purchase services from JobifyCoach. They are effective as of the date shown above and govern your engagement together with the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) provided at the time of purchase. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW prevails with respect to the specific service described therein.

JobifyCoach provides professional career coaching and job-search services. The specific scope of services included in any engagement is defined in the applicable SOW confirmed at the time of purchase. Services may include, depending on the package:

• ATS Resume Audit & Optimization
• LinkedIn Profile SEO & Branding
• Done-For-You Job Sourcing
• 1:1 Private Career Coaching (Interview SOS)
• Advanced Mock Interviews
• Salary Negotiation Strategy

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service offerings at any time. Any such modification does not affect services already agreed and paid for at the time of purchase.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and actively seeking professional employment. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information, including your resume, career history, job descriptions, LinkedIn URL, and all background information required for your service.
• Submit required materials (Career Inventory Form, resume, job descriptions) promptly. Delays in submission extend delivery timelines accordingly.
• Maintain current and accurate contact information throughout the engagement.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with all JobifyCoach personnel. We reserve the right to terminate service to clients who engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct.
• Acknowledge that all job applications submitted on your behalf represent truthful and accurate information about your qualifications.
• Accept full responsibility for any risks associated with sharing LinkedIn credentials (if applicable) and change your password upon service completion.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding US federal holidays.

All payments are processed by Payoneer, an FCA-Authorized E-Money Institution. Payoneer handles secure payment processing and fund disbursement. All legitimate payment security notices from JobifyCoach are sent exclusively from support@jobifycoach.com. Any communication purporting to be from us regarding payment from a different address should be treated as fraudulent.

• Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Services are not initiated until payment is confirmed.
• All fees are stated in USD and correspond to the package description in effect at the time of purchase.
• Payment data is processed and stored exclusively by Payoneer. JobifyCoach does not retain your card or bank account details.
• We reserve the right to update pricing. Price changes do not affect confirmed, paid orders.
• Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Delivery timelines are governed by the applicable SOW. For resume optimization and LinkedIn profile services, the standard turnaround is within 72 business hours from receipt of all required materials in full. The delivery period does not commence until all required materials have been received. Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of materials are not the responsibility of JobifyCoach.

Done-for-you job sourcing commences following completion of the client onboarding process. Coaching and mock interview sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, excluding US federal holidays).

Any resume, documents, or personal data you provide remain your property at all times. We use your materials solely to deliver the services you have purchased. The following consents apply when you engage our services:

• Third-party tool processing: By submitting your resume and job descriptions, you consent to our team processing those materials through professional tools (including Jobscan, ATS scoring systems, and AI evaluation tools) for the sole purpose of service delivery. The specific tools used are disclosed in your Stage 2/3 Initial Analysis Report.
• AI-assisted outputs: Some deliverables may involve AI-assisted drafting tools. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed and finalized by the Consultant before delivery. The Consultant bears full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all delivered work.
• Session recording: Coaching and mock interview sessions may be recorded with your prior consent for feedback and performance record purposes only. You may decline recording at any time without consequence.
• Workspace access: A dedicated Google Drive folder and Notion workspace are created for you to track service progress, applications, reports, and session records. You retain access to your workspace throughout the engagement.

All website content, including copy, design, branding, methodologies, templates, and proprietary processes, is the intellectual property of JobifyCoach or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

• Client ownership of deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, you own all deliverables produced specifically for you, including your optimized resume, LinkedIn profile rewrite, ATS match reports, and coaching notes, for personal job-search use only.
• JobifyCoach proprietary rights: JobifyCoach retains full and exclusive ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, templates, ATS processes, scoring systems, SOPs, and proprietary tools used to create your deliverables, regardless of payment status.
• Permitted use: You may use deliverables for your own personal job search only. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any deliverable or proprietary resource.
• Prohibited use: You must not use any deliverable to misrepresent your qualifications, credentials, or experience to any employer or third party.

Both parties agree to hold in strict confidence all non-public information disclosed during the service engagement. Confidential information includes, without limitation:

• JobifyCoach's proprietary tools, methodologies, SOPs, scoring systems, and business processes.
• Client's personal career data, employment history, documents, credentials, and service deliverables.
• Any business, financial, or strategic information exchanged in the course of the engagement.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no breach of these Terms, or that is required to be disclosed by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between you and JobifyCoach.

No employment guarantee. JobifyCoach does not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, salary increases, or any specific career result. Service outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, recruiter decisions, and individual effort.

Service availability. Delays caused by incomplete material submissions, client unavailability, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of JobifyCoach and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Third-party platforms. We use professional tools (including Jobscan, Notion, Google Drive, and AI evaluation systems) in delivering our services. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or changes in those platforms.

JobifyCoach reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service engagement in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, abusive conduct, or requesting dishonest representations in any deliverable.
• Non-payment, payment reversal, or initiation of a chargeback without first engaging our dispute resolution process.
• Persistent failure to provide required materials after multiple written reminders (service placed on hold; subject to Refund Policy).

You may cancel your service at any time by written notice to support@jobifycoach.com. Cancellation is subject to the Refund Policy. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Confidentiality), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify active clients by email or via our website. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your existing service engagement.
